Refund policy

Easy 30-Day Returns

Standard eligible merchandise may be returned when a return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

A $7.50 return-label fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee for ordinary eligible returns.

How to start a return

Email inquiries@duettenyc.com within 30 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Final Sale and other nonreturnable items

Items explicitly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Jewelry and gift cards are also nonreturnable. Custom or personalized items and products that cannot be safely or legally returned are not eligible. Contact us before returning an item if you have questions about eligibility.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

European Union cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable law may provide a separate 14-day right to cancel or return an order. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund, less the $7.50 return-label fee, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email inquiries@duettenyc.com.
