Can everyone choose a different silhouette?
You can explore different silhouettes around a shared dress code. If your group requires identical garments, specify that in your inquiry. Fabric texture and appearance can differ between styles.
Do we need final sizes before asking for a quote?
No. Start with your approximate headcount and preferred pieces. Use each product’s fit details to help narrow sizes before the order is finalized.
Will the pieces arrive before our performance?
Include the date you need the clothing in hand, allowing time to try it on. Availability depends on the styles, sizes and quantities requested; delivery details need to be confirmed before ordering.
How does group pricing work?
Request a quote for your group’s pieces and quantities. Any group offer and its conditions will be confirmed in the quote before you place an order.
What if someone needs a different size?
We want everyone in your section to feel comfortable and ready to perform. If a size isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll help arrange an exchange. For larger group orders, we’ll work directly with your organizer to coordinate the replacements. If your performance is coming up, we can express-ship an available replacement size. We’ll confirm availability, timing and any express shipping cost with you before sending it.
